PATRICK ROGER

Chocolatier and man of the land, Patrick Roger loves the product. In 2015, he bought an abandoned Syrah plot to which he gave a second life. The plot is located next to our 50 Ha of almond trees at the foot of the Pyrenees in the heart of the Catalan coast. With a very precise taste brief, a passionate winegrower elaborate ample, fruity, complex wines, aged in terracotta amphorae and casks. The bottles illustrate the universe of this multiple man, chocolate, sculpture and exceptional products. The vines are respected in organic farming, the cuvées are exclusive, produced in small quantities to guarantee exceptional quality. We are in our 3rd year of production with 2 to 3 cuvées, differentiated by their method of vinification. Not surprisingly, our wines pair wonderfully with our chocolates. Because Patrick Roger is also a chocolatier, MOF 2000 and sculptor. We have 9 stores in Paris, 1 in Moscow open in August 2020.
