100% Syrah worked in stainless vats and raised in oak barrels. Vintage 2019. After working the grapes in stainless steel vats at low temperature to slowly extract the material from this aging cuvée, the wine was spent 10 months in fine-grained French oak barrels. This aging in wood brings complexity and delicacy to this 100% Syrah cuvée from the warm terroirs of the Roussillon plain.
